Job summary

You will drive daily operations, resource planning, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Typically a Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 6+ years IT operations, field services, end-user computing, or workplace tech support.
• At least 2+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams or service providers.
• Experience supporting multi-site or global operations and ITSM processes.
• Strong communication, analytical and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day global field service operations and onsite IT support.
• Manage ticket queues, escalations, prioritization, and KPI/SLA adherence.
• Oversee MSP partners and internal teams; drive continuous improvement.
• Standardize processes, documentation, and service delivery globally.
• Collaborate with IT, facilities, and business leaders on deployments and upgrades.
• Provide regular reporting on performance, risks, and improvements.
