Job summary

Keysight Technologies in Santa Rosa, CA seeks a seasoned Field Regulatory Engineer to lead regulatory compliance and market access across the United States, Canada, and Latin America. You will partner with R&D, quality, manufacturing, and legal to shape pragmatic compliance strategies and ensure ongoing product approvals.

The role requires deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks, strong project and stakeholder management, and the ability to drive continuous improvement using digital tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Electronics Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in product regulatory compliance, certification, quality, or engineering roles.
• Experience supporting market access and regulatory compliance in the United States, Canada, and/or Latin America.
• Experience working with regulatory agencies, certification bodies, and trade associations.

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory compliance activities supporting product market access across the United States, Canada, and Latin America.
• Interpret, influence and communicate evolving regulatory requirements and assess their impact on Keysight products and services.
• Provide regulatory guidance to HTC’s and supplier quality teams.
• Support M&A compliance assessments.
• Coordinate surveillance activities with regulatory agencies and certification bodies.
