Strategy-Inc in Tysons, VA is seeking a detail-obsessed Field Marketing Specialist to join our Global Field Marketing team. You will coordinate global events, work with senior leaders, and grow skills across multiple areas of marketing.

This in-office role requires Mon-Thu on-site with Fridays work-from-home. Ideal for someone early in their career or with a couple years of experience, traveling up to 70% as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field or equivalent internship/professional experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in event coordination, marketing, or hospitality.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset; anticipate and fix issues early.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on logistical support and program coordination for global tradeshow events.
• Meet all deadlines with show organizers and vendors; handle forms, payments, and deliverables.
• Manage booth logistics including layout, graphics, and vendor coordination.
• Maintain a master events calendar across multiple concurrent programs.
• Assist with marketing communications to drive visibility at events.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure events align with brand priorities.
• Track event expenses within the events budget.
• Manage inventory of branded promotional products.
• Support post-event follow-up: lead capture, reporting, and invoicing.
• Suggest improvements for attendee engagement and future events; explore new ideas.
