Qualifications

• 2-5 years in a technical role.
• Experience with electronics manufacturing equipment.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 70%.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales support with technical knowledge during evaluations.
• Participate in pre-sales discussions with customers as a technical expert.
• Provide high-level applications support to set up and program systems at customer sites.
• Perform customer training to maximise machine utilisation.
• Create applications reports demonstrating equipment capabilities.
• Collaborate on technical publications and applications notes.
• Diagnose and resolve customer issues with AXI equipment.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software during installation activities.
• Represent the company at tradeshows and events.
• Gather market intelligence and provide analysis to management.
• Develop training materials for new products.
