Job summary

BD Excellence is seeking an Associate Director of Global Facilities to lead deployment of enterprise standards and continuous improvement across BD’s global facilities operations, including manufacturing, R&D, labs, warehousing and offices. This role partners with regional teams to improve asset reliability, reduce energy use and deliver measurable productivity gains.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management and capital project delivery.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, central plant utilities and lab equipment.
• Planning, scheduling and directing site engineering operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment of BD Excellence across Global Facilities Operations.
• Establish enterprise standards, governance and continuous improvement programs.
• Ensure compliance with FDA/ EPA/ OSHA and related regulations at global sites.
• Drive energy efficiency, asset reliability and cost savings.
• Up to 25% travel.
