Job summary

Bunge seeks a Sr. Analyst, External Reporting in Chesterfield, Missouri to act as a global subject matter expert for consolidated financial statements and SEC filings.

You will manage OneStream/Workiva tasks, support MD&A drafting, and coordinate quarterly close activities with cross-functional teams. Ideal candidates have five years of Big 4/external reporting experience, strong US GAAP and SOX knowledge, and CPA or equivalent credentials.

Qualifications

• Five years' experience in a Big 4 and/or similar function in an international environment.
• External Reporting (Financial Statement Compilation and SEC filing under US GAAP) experience.
• Good knowledge of US GAAP, SOX, SEC requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate components of the quarter-end and monthly closing process.
• Prepare and support the preparation of BG's consolidated financial statements and footnote disclosures for SEC filings.
• Draft and support MD&A commentary preparation using data from operating businesses and FP&A.
• Collaborate with Legal, Investor Relations, Treasury and other functions for SEC filings.
• Develop a standardized close task set and deploy best practices across BG.
