Overview

Solairus Aviation is currently searching for a Full-Time Global Express Captain to join an operation in Southern California at the KBUR airport. The ideal candidate will be a standout colleague committed to excellence in every aspect of performance. Essential Responsibilities/Duties

1. Responsible for the safe operation of the Global Express aircraft.
2. Conduct flights safely and prudently, including:

• Reviewing the aircraft's maintenance status.
• Performing proper pre-flight inspections according to the approved Aircraft Flight Manual.
• Checking weather and facilities along the route and at airports, including alternates.
• Ensuring flights adhere to Solairus Aviation policies and applicable Federal Aviation Regulations.
• Maintaining the safety of passengers, crew, and aircraft.
• Completing all trip paperwork accurately per current procedures.

Qualifications

• Total flight time: 3000 hours
• PIC (Pilot in Command): 1500 hours
• MEL (Multi-Engine Land): 1500 hours
• MEL PIC: 500 hours
• Turbojet experience: 500 hours
• Instrument flight hours: 250 hours

Specific Qualifications/Certifications

• Type rated on BBD700 or comparable aircraft
• First class medical certification
• Ability to work on an on-call basis
• Willingness to complete ICAO international procedures training annually
• Primary residence within a 5-hour drive from KBUR or willingness to relocate
