Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of international nonproliferation regimes.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on trade control frameworks.
• Conduct legal-regulatory reviews and capability assessments.
• Develop and deliver remote training on compliance procedures.
• Collaborate with ministries and enforcement entities.
• Draft and implement Internal Compliance Program templates.
• Serve as subject matter expert for donor-funded engagements.
