MetaMask is seeking an Experiential Marketing Manager to produce real-world experiences where traders, creators, partners, and builders meet MetaMask. You’ll lead production, shape event strategy, and sharpen creative execution.

You’ll work across APAC, US, Europe and LATAM, manage timelines and budgets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn briefs into memorable events that advance our product and business goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in event production or experiential marketing.
• Experience with large-scale live events.
• Global / multi-city event delivery.
• Agency/vendor management under deadlines.
• Premium/invite-only experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end production of live events and experiences.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and cross-region plans.
• Source and negotiate with agencies, venues, vendors globally.
• Coordinate registration, guest management, and VIP access.
• Develop event formats, sessions, and speaker coordination.
• Capture content and write post-event recaps.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and partnerships teams.
