Job summary

Archer is seeking a Head of Executive Protection in the San Jose area to own Archer's global executive protection program. This builder/player-coach role requires hands-on leadership, developing protocols, and directing protective details across residential, travel, events, and public appearances.

You will lead a team of protection agents, coordinate with GSOC and travel security, and evolve the program to meet principals' needs while maintaining discretion and integrity in all operations.

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on experience in executive protection or related fields.
• Demonstrated ability to build a program or function from the ground up.
• High discretion, integrity, and ability to earn principals' trust.
• Willingness to personally run details in the field as a player/coach.
• Strong advance work, protective intelligence, and risk assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Personally plan and lead protective details for Archer executives and principals.
• Provide close protection across residence, travel, events, and appearances.
• Lead and mentor protection team and manage vendor resources.
• Develop and maintain protocols, standards, and SOPs for EP globally.
• Drive threat and risk assessments and implement mitigations.
• Collaborate with GSOC, intelligence, travel security, and site leadership.
