The role requires 5+ years of executive protection experience, a valid driver’s license, and relevant permits; a high school diploma or GED is required, with a bachelor’s degree preferred. First aid, AED, and CPR knowledge are advantageous.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of executive protection experience, including planning and surveillance.
• High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Basic medical first aid; AED/CPR preferred.
• Age 21+ and no criminal history.
• Valid driver’s license.
• California BSIS Security Guard Permit, Exposed Weapons Permit, CCW.
• Working knowledge of the San Jose area.

Responsibilities

• Provide close protection and related security duties during domestic assignments.
• Do local travel advances and assess routes, movements, departures, arrivals, and threats.
• Maintain client safety in professional, event, office, and transportation settings.
• Respond to emergencies, including first aid and de-escalation.
• Prepare mission plans, reports, and support schedules and team assignments.
