Job summary

Google is seeking an Executive Support Agent to deliver personal protection, executive escorts, and advance planning for C-suite leadership. You will collaborate with our GSRS and LSS teams to execute complex protective operations and maintain high security standards across global mobility.

You will lead protective advances, coordinate secure transportation, and mentor security staff while ensuring time-critical, compliant operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in security management or related field.
• 10 years of experience in executive protection or related protective operations.
• Active LEOSA qualification in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end protective advances for executive movements.
• Conduct TVT sweeps and security assessments of residences, offices, and travel venues.
• Prepare travel operations plans and risk assessments for protective teams.
• Mentor Executive Support Specialists and oversee protective security partner details.
• Collaborate with Facilities Management to develop security strategies and investigate breaches.
