Job summary

S&P Global in New York seeks an experienced Executive Protection Specialist to safeguard company leadership during travel and on-site. You will coordinate security plans, review calendars, and maintain documentation.

This role requires five days per week in the 55 Water Street office, domestic and international travel, and collaboration with the Global Security & Crisis Management team to manage incidents and protect assets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in law enforcement, military, or government sectors.
• Proven executive protection experience across domestic and international travel operations.
• Strong understanding of security and risk landscapes with ability to assess threats and implement protective measures.
• Comfortable engaging with senior executives and leadership teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior leadership and board engagements.
• Travel domestically and internationally, overnight to multi-day stays.
• Physical presence at the 55 Water Street office, 5 days a week.
• Valid driver's license and passport.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive protection services to company leadership during domestic and international travel.
• Support GS&CM operations with security coverage at leadership meetings and events.
• Conduct daily executive calendar reviews and coordinate with staff for security integration.
• Lead trip planning and logistics including security plans and risk assessments for travel and events.
• Maintain security documentation and SOPs, including risk registers and threat databases.
• Assist Building Operations and Investigation functions to support security objectives.
