ACBSP Global Business Programs is seeking a Director of Global Events & Programs to lead the design, execution, and elevation of our worldwide events and educational offerings. This role will centralize event operations, build a high-performing team, and partner with senior leadership to position ACBSP as a premier convener for business education professionals worldwide.

The successful candidate will report to the President & CEO, supervise the Events team, and drive strategy across conferences,

• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.
• CMP certification required; active at time of application.
• DES and CAE credentials preferred.
• Experience in event management and program development and leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and elevate ACBSP's global event portfolio and programming.
• Lead and build a high-performing events team.
• Partner with senior leadership to position ACBSP as a premier global convener and programming resource.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for events.
• Design and manage online learning, webinars, and professional development programs.
