ASM is seeking a Global Events Specialist in Phoenix to bring its brand to life through world-class events and conferences. You will collaborate with Marketing and External Communications to engage customers, partners and colleagues, delivering premium experiences that reflect ASM’s innovative culture.

With 4–6 years of experience, you’ll manage end-to-end event logistics, budgets, and vendor relationships across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 4-6 years of experience managing large-scale corporate events, conferences, or global meetings.
• Flawless project management and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated experience managing international events with 50-300+ attendees.
• Ability to travel internationally (up to 25%).

Responsibilities

• Lead the logistics, planning and execution of a portfolio of global events each year, from collaborative ideation, execution, through post-event evaluation.
• Rigorous project management of multiple events simultaneously across different stages of planning and execution, keeping each on track while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
• Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with global vendors, including venues, production, AV, transportation providers, and agencies.
• Manage onsite operations at select events and serve as the primary logistics lead.
• Ensure operational excellence across all events through risk mitigation, and contingency planning and ensuring compliance with procurement, contracting, and finance processes.
• Track and manage event budgets. Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Implement best practices, templates, tools, and governance processes to improve consistency and efficiency.
