Cisco Systems, Inc is seeking a strategic leader to head Global Events Marquee and Industry portfolio. You will shape the vision and direct multi-channel engagement strategies that boost attendee outcomes, brand presence, and revenue impact across marquee events and Cisco Live Global.

You will manage a high-performing team of engagement managers, collaborate with program management, strategy, and brand teams, and harness data-driven insights to optimize content, events, and customer journeys on

Qualifications

10+ years of event marketing in the high-tech sector.
15+ years of strategic communications experience.
10+ years of proven leadership in managing high-performing teams.
Executive presence and communication with senior leadership.
Brand stewardship and storytelling aligned with evolving Ciscovision.
AI fluency to drive tool integration and workflow optimization.
Data storytelling to translate metrics into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

Architect engagement strategy across multi-channel marketing and communications.
Drive AI-enabled innovation to streamline content and scale assets.
Lead cross-functional partners across Marquee, Industry, Strategy and Brand teams.
Define KPIs and report ROI for event programs across the portfolio.
Mentor senior and mid-level managers and manage vendor relationships.
Provide advisory insights to shape future event communication and engagement.
