Air Liquide is seeking an Estimating & Benchmarking Manager in Houston, TX to lead conceptual and detailed capital estimating, risk analysis, and benchmarking initiatives across global groups. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry or equivalent in Engineering field.
• 5–10 years experience in an estimating function with focus on construction activities.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to analyze market data and provide robust estimates.

Responsibilities

• Develops accurate conceptual and detailed capital estimates (ISBL/BOP/OSBL) in line with FSD, PESS and ROP requirements.
• Performs @Risk Monte Carlo ranges and evaluates P50 estimates for proposals.
• Collaborates with multiple AL/E&C groups and external partners to ensure cost accuracy and benchmarking insights.
• Contributes to benchmarking studies and recommendations for project design standards and cost optimization.
• Supports管理 reviews and gate reviews with timely cost data and risk analysis.
