Qualifications

• 10–12 years of experience in both capital estimating and project cost control.
• Hands-on experience supporting chemical, petrochemical, mining, or industrial facilities.
• Strong working knowledge of forecasting and EAC development.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital cost estimating and cost control for Albemarle’s manufacturing capital portfolio.
• Maintain cost structure integrity and visibility of budgets and actuals.
• Drive continuous improvement in estimating accuracy and data quality.
