Otter Products, LLC is seeking an ESG Compliance Specialist to join our Compliance Team. Hybrid in Fort Collins, CO or fully remote in the U.S.

You will develop plans to meet environmental compliance standards, monitor regulations globally, and support reporting and certifications across jurisdictions for plastics, energy, packaging, and product materials. The role requires a background in ESG, regulatory monitoring, and sourcing oversight, with a focus on CSRD/EPR and related reporting

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, Law, or related field is required.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of three years in a global ESG role, including corporate settings.
• Familiarity with EPR frameworks and US state packaging laws preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Regulatory Monitoring: track and ensure compliance with environmental regulations globally.
• Environmental Impact Assessment: monitor KPI’s on energy, water, waste and emissions.
• Environmental Reporting and Certifications: manage reporting and certifications across jurisdictions.
• Responsible Sourcing: support SMETA audits and oversight of responsible sourcing programs.
