Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Accounting or related field.
• 5+ years of experience administering INFOR Visual ERP system.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing operations and cost accounting.
• U.S. work authorization and eligibility for U.S. export controls (ITAR).
• Strong knowledge of MRP, BOM structures, Inventory management, and Production scheduling.
• Experience with ERP in regulated environments (SOX, CMMC, ISO, etc.).
• Advanced SQL or ERP reporting tool experience.
• Excellent documentation and process-mapping skills.

Responsibilities

• ERP System Global Ownership & Administration: serve as primary Visual ERP administrator and manage configurations, roles, security, and workflows.
• Maintain ERP master data integrity (items, BOMs, routings, vendors, customers, cost structures).
• Oversee upgrades, patches, and release validation testing; manage integrations with accounting, MES, CRM, data analytics, and reporting tools.
• Map current-state processes across Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Plan-to-Produce, Inventory & Warehouse, Cost Accounting.
• Lead cross-functional ERP optimization initiatives; standardize ERP workflows across locations; develop SOPs.
• Support Manufacturing & Operations: ensure accurate BOM/routing, validation of cost rolls, and improved MRP planning and forecasting.
• Drive Data Governance & Compliance: enforce access controls per CMMC L2 and SOX; maintain change logs and audit readiness.
• Design and maintain ERP dashboards; deliver KPI reporting (inventory turns, variance, margin, on-time delivery).
• Develop ERP training materials; lead onboarding; act as internal ERP SME; coordinate cross-functional projects and timelines.
