Job summary

LightPath Technologies Inc is seeking an ERP Business Systems Manager to own and optimize the INFOR Visual ERP ecosystem across manufacturing, finance, supply chain, engineering, and quality.

You will govern data integrity, security controls, and integrations with ERP partners, drive process improvements, and lead cross-site ERP initiatives to enable audit readiness and scalable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IS/Business/Accounting or related field.
• 5+ years administering INFOR Visual ERP.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing operations and cost accounting.
• Authorized to work in the US; ITAR eligibility.
• Strong knowledge of MRP, BOM, inventory management, and production scheduling.
• Experience in regulated environments (SOX, CMMC, ISO).
• Advanced SQL or ERP reporting tools.
• Excellent documentation and process mapping skills.

Responsibilities

• ERP System Global Ownership & Administration across sites.
• Configure Visual ERP: user roles, security, workflows, master data.
• Oversee upgrades, patches, and release testing.
• Manage integrations with accounting, MES, CRM, analytics tools.
• Map and optimize Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Plan-to-Produce processes.
• Develop SOPs and governance controls; ensure data integrity.
• Support MRP planning, forecasting, and inventory accuracy.
• Lead ERP projects and training; report metrics to leadership.
