Job summary

CooperVision, a leading global contact lens manufacturer, seeks a Functional Manager Global ERP Operations to drive D365 ERP implementations and run-time support. You will lead the ERP team, manage service requests, and translate business processes into effective functional requirements and solution designs.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to optimize workflows, support upgrades, and ensure security and compliance across Microsoft Dynamics 365 investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years’ experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional and system requirements for D365 configurations and integrations.
• Oversee ERP operations, service requests, and project execution with a managed service provider.
• Develop test strategies, scenarios, and use cases for D365 changes.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with enterprise ERP design principles.
• Ensure compliance with security, policies, and integration standards.
