Qualifications

• University degree required in Business, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in Account Management, Client Services, or Sales.
• Experience in the equity or share plan industry is a plus.
• Licenses required: SIE, FINRA 7 & 63.
• Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Proactively build partnership-style relationships with senior client contacts.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to solve problems and uncover opportunities.
• Conduct needs analyses and prepare specifications/gap analyses for new functionality.
• Deliver regular business reviews with analytics and enhancements.
• Inform clients of new product functionality relevant to their plan.
• Monitor client satisfaction and maintain positive relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet client requirements and pricing terms.
• Conduct client meetings, demonstrations, and training as required.
• Share best practices to improve service efficiency and execution.
