Formación

• 5+ years experience with a Bachelor's, or Master's with 3+ years, or PhD with 2+ years.
• Experience in engineering, particularly Mechanical or Bioprocess engineering.
• Ability to model impacts on KPIs such as turnaround time and cost of goods.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as Global Equipment Owner for manufacturing equipment.
• Monitor and improve performance across manufacturing sites.
• Partner with site teams to develop strategies for equipment performance.
• Lead technical studies for implementation of new technologies.
