Job summary

Micron Technology is seeking an Operations Equipment Program Manager to partner with high volume manufacturing leadership and equipment teams for flawless tool installations and ongoing improvements across fab tool installations. You will lead data-driven initiatives, leverage AI insights, and collaborate with global teams to meet installation deliverables and drive efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or related field.
Direct experience managing supplier projects and programs in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with semiconductor tool installation, qualification, and startup activities.

Responsibilities

Support Equipment Managers and Tool Owners in delivering high-quality tool installations through process qualification ahead of required in-service dates.
Drive priority alignment and issue resolution across all organizations involved in tool installation and qualification activities.
Routinely audit installation quality, safety, and schedule adherence across all process tool installations.
Partner with global teams on installation standardization and improvement projects, and Procurement and Supplier Management teams to identify risks and initiate early action on blocking issues.
