Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree or PhD in a relevant quantitative field is required or acceptable
• Minimum 5 years of applied epidemiology, pharmacoepidemiology, outcomes research, or related experience
• Proven experience designing and delivering observational studies or healthcare database analyses
• Experience working in a matrix environment with cross-functional teams (clinical, safety, regulatory, outcomes)

Aufgaben

• Lead epidemiology programs for assets or disease areas with defined strategy and timelines
• Design, oversee, and deliver observational studies using real-world data and registries
• Provide timely scientific guidance on study design, data needs, analysis plans, and results interpretation
• Manage external partners, vendors, budgets, and timelines for high-quality study delivery
• Prepare regulatory documents, technical reports, and publications
• Share methods and best practices across teams to build capability
