Job summary
Helmerich and Payne seeks a visionary Director, Global Enterprise Solutions to steer global delivery, operation, and support of enterprise applications and data across the Western and Eastern Hemispheres. The role drives ERP operations (Oracle E-Business Suite / Fusion and SAP), custom apps, data engineering, and analytics to enable finance, supply chain, HR, and maintenance functions.
The leader partners with ERP strategy, oversees integration post-merger activities, and champions AI-ready data
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or 12+ years of enterprise applications and delivery experience.
- Advanced knowledge of ERP systems and data analytics to support global operations.
- Proven ability to lead global delivery teams and manage MSPs to SLAs.
Responsibilities
- Lead global delivery across Tulsa, Aberdeen, and India.
- Own ERP operations, custom apps, and integration efforts.
- Drive AI-ready data foundation and analytics to support business decisions.
- Partner with ERP strategy on migrations and standardization.
- Communicate effectively with executives and business units.
