Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in risk management, internal audit, or a related discipline, with knowledge of risk management principles and governance frameworks.
• Familiarity with regulatory expectations and governance, risk, and cybersecurity controls.
• Experience with ISO 27001, NIST, and COBIT frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Engage with leadership across Enterprise Solutions to support risk identification, assessment, and mitigation initiatives spanning technology and business processes.
• Support regional and global teams in navigating operational and technology risk requirements, Internal Audit engagements, RCSAs, and regulatory expectations.
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of risk reporting, analytics, and management information to increase transparency into key risks and emerging issues.
• Participate in risk governance forums to gain insight into new products, processes, and strategic initiatives and proactively identify potential risks and control considerations.
• Partner with risk, compliance, audit, and business stakeholders to promote alignment on firmwide operational risk priorities and foster a strong risk-aware culture.
