Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking an experienced Technical Integration Architect to shape the integration architecture enabling global business across SaaS, on-prem, APIs, and middleware. The role combines enterprise architecture with delivery leadership to establish scalable, secure solutions and reusable patterns across platforms.

The candidate will lead architecture governance, mentor teams, and collaborate with IT, EA, and stakeholders to translate strategic needs into robust technical outcomes,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of Information Technology experience translating complex strategic business requirements into scalable, secure technology solutions.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global team.
• Strong written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience creating visual diagrams using tools like Miro or Draw.io to communicate architectures.
• Experience integrating on-premises and SaaS apps; API design patterns and security.
• Familiarity with Apigee, AWS integration services, Oracle SOA/ Fusion middleware.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and design of enterprise integration solutions including middleware, APIs, and cross-platform connectivity.
• Analyze requirements to define scalable, secure, and supportable integration solutions.
• Translate business requirements into effective technical integration solutions with stakeholders.
• Establish reusable integration assets, patterns, and reference architectures.
• Provide architectural oversight across design, implementation, and support transitions.
• Mentor developers on integration patterns and platform capabilities.
