Qualifications

• Extensive 15+ years in banking or financial services.
• 8–10+ years leading cross-functional teams at senior management level.
• Expertise in enterprise data governance frameworks and regulatory commitments.
• Experience with data lineage, glossary, and data quality tooling.
• Proven ability to engage regulators and internal audit.
• Strong leadership, change management, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Adjustments Governance and Transformation across the enterprise.
• Chair the Adjustment Governance Forum across regions and functions.
• Direct the adoption of the Data Automation Assessment Plan for adjustments.
• Champion AI-driven solutions for root cause analysis of data adjustments.
• Oversee monthly Adjustment Variance Analysis with domain engagement.
• Represent Citi with regulators and internal audit as senior point of accountability.
• Build and lead a high-performing team with performance management and budget oversight.
