You will guide hands-on delivery, align priorities with stakeholder needs, and oversee production support, ensuring stable, reliable platforms while coaching talent across regions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering teams including hands-on work with Salesforce.
• Experience guiding delivery across multiple regions and teams.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global enterprise application engineering team delivering workflow, reporting, and integrations.
• Translate stakeholder priorities into enhancements, platform improvements, production support, and release plans.
• Partner with Investor Relations, charitable foundations, external data sourcing, and recruiting to design scalable solutions.
• Provide leadership during New York afternoon hours for distributed teams.
• Manage delivery across full-time staff and consultants globally, balancing capacity and priorities.
• Coach engineers and strengthen delivery discipline with the Warsaw-based tech lead.
• Collaborate to design reliable integrations with corporate systems.
• Oversee production support, incident resolution, and release planning.
• Improve configuration, customization, integrations, testing, documentation, and deployment practices.
