Job summary

Oracle is seeking an Operations Analyst to partner with the Global OCI Engineering team. The role focuses on scalable infrastructure growth, capacity optimization, and data-driven decision-making across technical and commercial priorities.

Responsibilities include capacity planning, headcount modeling, and building dashboards and reports to guide leadership decisions. Strong communication and Excel/PowerPoint skills are essential, with experience using Oracle Analytics preferred.

Qualifications

• 6 years of experience in business or engineering operations, preferably in cloud infrastructure.
• Strong ability to translate data into executive-level insights.
• Proven experience with planning, resource modeling, and consumption-based environments.

Responsibilities

• Design program scope, objectives, and success criteria aligned with roadmaps and goals.
• Model headcount and forecast workforce to meet growth targets.
• Present complex data using PowerPoint; create dashboards as needed.
• Develop daily consumption reporting and visibility into usage and KPIs.
• Identify bottlenecks and provide data-driven recommendations to improve performance.
• Drive adoption of tools and reporting standards for visibility.
• Collaborate across Engineering, Operations, Sales, and partner teams to align with demand signals.
