Job summary

You will work with calibration technicians and other engineers, perform data-driven testing and verification, and contribute to cross-functional development programs, including extreme-environment testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year hands-on experience in engine calibration and powertrain development.
• Strong understanding of ICE fundamentals, combustion processes, and engine control systems.
• Proven experience investigating technical issues, performing root-cause analysis, and implementing solutions.
• Excellent driving record and willingness to participate in vehicle testing activities.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate engine control systems for NA and global markets.
• Develop calibration strategies to meet emissions, fuel economy, power, and OBD targets.
• Create calibration plans, allocate resources, and manage project schedules.
• Prepare tests, acquire data, analyze results, and document findings.
• Collaborate with calibration technicians and cross-functional engineering teams.
• Conduct vehicle testing under extreme environmental conditions.
• Validate software logic and calibration values through verification activities.
