Job summary

Genuine Parts Company is seeking a M365/Intune Administrator to manage enterprise endpoint devices across Windows, iOS, and Android. You will implement modern management with Intune, Autopilot, and co-management with MECM/SCCM, ensuring policy compliance and secure enrollment.

The role collaborates with IT and security teams to design scalable deployment profiles, enforce security baselines, and deliver automation via PowerShell. Strong communication and documentation are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of enterprise endpoint management experience
• Minimum of 2 years of Microsoft Intune administration experience
• Experience supporting Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM)
• Experience managing Windows 11 devices
• Experience administering iOS and Android devices within an enterprise environment
• Experience deploying and troubleshooting applications
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Microsoft Intune for enterprise endpoint management
• Configure and support device enrollment processes for Windows, iOS, and Android devices
• Create, deploy, and manage Intune configuration profiles, compliance policies, endpoint security policies, and administrative templates
• Monitor and troubleshoot device enrollment, policy deployment, compliance, and endpoint management issues
• Maintain RBAC within Intune
• Support and administer a co-managed MECM/SCCM environment
• Assist in evaluating and transitioning workloads between MECM/SCCM and Intune
• Configure Windows Autopilot deployment profiles
• Manage MDM/MAM policies for iOS and Android
• Package, deploy, and manage applications within Intune
• Design, test, and implement new endpoint management solutions
• Evaluate new Microsoft technologies and recommend enhancements
• Develop operational standards, procedures, and technical documentation
• Support Endpoint Security initiatives (BitLocker, CA, device trust)
• Create and maintain operational reports and dashboards
