Arthrex is seeking an Associate Product Manager - Global Endoscopy to support multi-specialty product solutions, clinical training and fluorescence imaging, with emphasis on general surgery and cross-functional collaboration with marketing and sales. The role is based in Naples, FL or Santa Barbara, CA and requires travel; candidates must be able to work with cadaveric and porcine specimens and contribute to product

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business, engineering or clinical.
• One or more years’ experience in medical device product management, sales, engineering, clinical OR a master’s degree is required.
• Travel to customer sites for sales opportunities is required.

Responsibilities

• Support field sales opportunities with expert material and education.
• Train and educate sales teams on fluorescence and general surgery.
• Collaborates with sales, engineering, marketing to develop product definitions.
• Develops and maintains prioritized customer and market requirements.
