Job summary

Arthrex, Inc. in Naples, FL or Santa Barbara, CA is seeking an Associate Product Manager for Global Endoscopy to manage multi-specialty product solutions, clinical training, and fluorescence imaging. Occasional travel is required; base location is Naples, FL or Santa Barbara, CA.

The role supports sales opportunities, assists marketing and sales, and collaborates with engineering, manufacturing and operations to define product requirements and strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in business, engineering or clinical.

Responsibilities

• Support field sales opportunities with expert support material and education.
• Train and educate sales teams on fluorescence and general surgery.
• Provides leadership and guidance to other Product / Project Managers.
• Participates in overall product strategy, research and development requirements, development, and manufacturing coordination for new and emerging products.
• Manages day-to-day progress of product.
• Provides technical expertise and training to other departments in support of product development.
• conducts market research and identifies and tracks market trends in company's industry.
