What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and update enablement learner journeys based on Sales and SOE data
- Identify gaps within current OpEx programs and assets while developing global learning programs
- Partner with management and executive-level teams to understand priorities and objectives
- Build and deliver OpEx programs and assets to support sales success
- Monitor learner feedback and the impact of courses and programs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- MBA, PhD, or a minimum of 5 years in technology or sales enablement
- Experience in curriculum development
- Proven training experience and skills
- Strong project management abilities
- Excellent relationship management and critical thinking skills
