Eurofins USA BioPharma Services seeks a Global Software Implementation Manager to lead ELN/LIMS programs from charter through post-go-live. The role requires extensive program management and cross-functional influence across Quality, Regulatory, Operations and IT.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in software implementation leadership, a bioscience background, and experience in regulated environments (CFR Part 11/GMP). This is a remote role with significant travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in software implementation leadership (LIMS/ELN or ERP).
• Minimum of 2 years in global capacity experience.
• Bioscience/laboratory background with CFR Part 11/GMP Annex 11 awareness.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Lean Six Sigma training or certification desired.

Responsabilités

• Lead global ELN and LIMS implementation programs from initiation through post-go-live stabilization.
• Demonstrate strong program management, leadership, and communication with a focus on quality.
• Establish implementation standards, governance processes, and deployment best practices.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, resources, and executive reporting.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for teams.
• Direct change management and training strategies to drive adoption.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Regulatory, and IT stakeholders.
• Oversee project plans and drive KPI achievement.
• Manage relationships and coordinate priorities with internal software teams.
• Travel ~2 weeks/month (≈50%); flexible scheduling for global time zones.
