Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of product management, product marketing, program management, or commercialization experience.
• Master's degree with 3+ years in product management, product marketing, program management, or commercialization experience.
• MBA or related master's degree is preferred.
• Previous experience in global product launch and product management and in the electrophysiology industry.

Aufgaben

• Set the global launch plan and collaborate with cross‑functional teams on product delivery.
• Create detailed launch plans and define key launch tactics and activities.
• Work with product development to address issues to ensure on‑time product launches.
• Design field and customer training programs with Global Education to ensure successful launches.
• Perform business analysis on pricing and other initiatives to drive rapid adoption.
• Build demand forecasts with regions and coordinate with supply partners for product availability.
• Develop competitive analysis and value proposition for products.
• Formulate clinical claims to support product value proposition.
• Build brand and launch assets and communicate messages through omni‑channels.
• Collaborate with regional commercial teams to drive global execution.
• Engage key customers via Voice of Customers and Advisory Board for feedback.
