Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. seeks an EHS&S Translation Coordinator to support the Global EHS&S team by coordinating translation and localization of standards and materials for a global workforce. You will manage translation workflows, validators, and publishing to ETQ Reliance, SharePoint, and LMS.

The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to work across geographies. Preference for candidates with TMS/LMS experience and related certifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred in communications, education, translation, or related field.
• Translation/localization certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage EHS&S translation projects using Phrase TMS, initiate projects, monitor progress, coordinate reviews, and complete workflows.
• Prepare source content and supporting materials for translation; coordinate with validators to ensure accuracy.
• Publish finalized translations to SharePoint, LMS, ETQ Reliance, and other platforms; maintain version control and metadata.
