Caterpillar Inc. in Morton, IL is seeking a Global Senior EHS Professional to lead safety leadership and culture across eight Global Services sites worldwide.

You will partner with Operations, Engineering and Dealer Support to strengthen EHS systems, drive regulatory compliance, and reduce high-energy risk exposure. The role is a leadership-level individual contributor with travel up to 50% and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, OR 10+ years of product support or service operations related experience.
• Sustainability knowledge and ability to integrate sustainability into business strategy.
• Knowledge of risk management processes and tools.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams effectively.
• Strong decision making and critical thinking skills.
• Solid interpersonal skills for cross-functional influence.
• Ability to drive change and overcome resistance to change.
• Problem-solving skills to resolve EHS-related issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide EHS oversight to Global Services leadership and drive safety culture improvements.
• Lead implementation of EHS programs and regulatory compliance initiatives.
• Perform site visits and support risk assessments with action plans.
• Present EHS strategy and progress to PSLD and senior leadership.
• Coach operations leaders and EHS personnel to strengthen safety leadership.
• Ensure EHS procedures align with enterprise safety standards and sustainability efforts.
