Job summary

Vectrus, Inc. is seeking a professional to lead environmental, health, and safety programs on site at NAS Pensacola. The EH&S Manager will ensure compliance with DoD directives, OSHA, and environmental regulations while guiding hazardous materials handling and training across the workforce.

The role requires a strong background in hazardous waste and hazmat management, experience with regulatory reporting, and the ability to implement comprehensive EH&S programs that protect personnel and assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher with 4+ years in safety/occupational health program management or related admin work.
• Associate's Degree with 6+ years in EH&S program management or related admin work.
• High School Diploma with 8+ years in EH&S program management or related admin work.

Responsibilities

• Manage EH&S programs for site compliance with DoD, NAS Pensacola directives and OSHA/ EPA rules.
• Act as Hazardous Waste Supervisor: cradle-to-grave hazWaste tracking, paperwork, reports.
• Act as Hazardous Material Supervisor: labeling, storage, CRIMP, shelf-life inspection.
• Develop and deliver EH&S training programs for employees and contractors.
• Maintain Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and ensure access in designated areas.
• Coordinate with NAS Pensacola Environmental Office on regulatory matters.
