Abbott is seeking a Global Clinical Trainer in the Cardiac Rhythm Management Division, based in Austin, TX. This fully onsite role delivers real-time training to the US Abbott commercial field team and internal customers.

You will develop scalable training programs to ensure adoption of CRM products, and collaborate with instructional design and business-unit stakeholders to plan launches, while maintaining high-quality, consistent training across regions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in biotechnology or a related medical field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Cardiac Rhythm Management is required.
• Experience with adult education and training in medical settings preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver virtual, hybrid, and in-person new hire and product launch training to the U.S. Abbott commercial field team and internal customers.
• Lead comprehensive training sessions on the safe and effective use of various CRM products for healthcare professionals.
• Partner with instructional design to evaluate, develop, update, and adapt training materials based on analysis data.
• Collaborate with Abbott business unit stakeholders to plan launch training for new products and therapies.
• Develop objective-led educational materials with sales and marketing teams to promote CRM products.
• Provide train-the-trainer sessions to Global Trainers and Education Specialists prior to launches.
