Job summary

• Proven track record leading and scaling education or enterprise sales teams.
• Strong strategic judgment with ability to translate vision into frontline action.
• Experience selling complex enterprise technology to executives and procurement teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a global education GTM strategy across higher education, country-level partnerships, and K–12 teachers.
• Lead Account Directors and regional management, building hiring plans and scalable leadership capacity.
• Stay hands-on with major opportunities, guiding executive alignment and governance.
• Develop trusted relationships with institutional leaders and education systems.
• Build repeatable sales and partnership approaches to expand seats and adoption.
• Establish territory planning, pipeline reviews, forecasting, and account management.
• Partner with Product, marketing, and ops to shape credible customer plans.
• Help institutions build faculty and educator AI capabilities for practical use.
