Job summary

Motorola Solutions in Chicago seeks a Summer Intern to help design and develop training content for internal and external audiences. You’ll work with the Global Training Content Team on program implementation, content design, and reporting.

You will collaborate with content developers, integrate AI tools to speed content creation, and communicate progress to leadership. This internship requires current enrollment in a related degree with graduation after December 2027.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Adult Education or Content Design, graduating after December 2027.
• Knowledge of content development tools (Articulate, Camtasia) preferred.
• Strong writing and presentation skills; excellent time management.
• Self-motivated with solid organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist design, development, and maintenance of training assets.
• Integrate AI tools into learning design processes to accelerate development timelines.
• Communicate project progress and business value to leadership.
• Organize and collect data for analysis and reporting.
• Provide additional support to the training team as needed.
