Job summary

Carex Consulting Group in Madison, Wisconsin, is seeking an Enterprise Application Architect to own and evolve a core Microsoft stack including Dynamics, Fabric, Power Platform, Power BI, SharePoint, and integrations. This hands‑on individual contributor role requires coordinating with finance, operations, sales, product management, and technology across US and Europe.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics and the Power Platform.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory or Synapse Analytics.
• Strong Power BI capabilities for modeling and dashboards.
• Experience designing and maintaining system integrations via REST APIs and Dataverse.
• Experience managing SharePoint at enterprise level.
• Ability to operate in a global, multi-entity environment across US and Europe.
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as global technical owner for Dynamics including CRM and ERP modules.
• Lead configuration, customization, upgrades, and health of Dynamics across regions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions with stakeholders.
• Establish consistent data standards and governance across regions.
• Own architecture of Microsoft Fabric environment: lakehouses, pipelines, semantic models.
• Build data flows from Dynamics and HubSpot into Fabric to support reporting.
• Maintain data governance, documentation, and data quality practices.
• Design and build Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to improve operations.
• Enable self-serve analytics while implementing governance and guardrails.
• Own integrations between Dynamics and third-party systems, including HubSpot.
• Manage SharePoint as enterprise collaboration platform with governance.
• Serve as go-to technical authority for Microsoft ecosystem to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve systems.
• Drive global Microsoft platform roadmap balancing regional needs.
• Coordinate with external partners and vendors when needed.
