Job summary

Control Risks hires a Due Diligence Analyst to support a major global technology client. The analyst will leverage OSINT, public records, and investigative methods to evaluate third parties, vendors, and executives across jurisdictions, delivering risk-based analyses for decision-making.

The role requires producing actionable reports, engaging with Security, Compliance, Legal, and Procurement teams, managing multiple projects, and contributing to process improvements and mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• OSINT collection and analysis.
• Ability to synthesize complex info into clear conclusions.
• Experience drafting client-facing investigative reports.

Responsibilities

• Conduct enhanced due diligence investigations on third parties, vendors, executives, and other subjects using open-source research and public records.
• Analyze findings to identify financial crime, sanctions, regulatory, reputational, and integrity risks.
• Produce clear, balanced due diligence reports and risk briefings for stakeholders.
• Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on methodologies.
• Support risk monitoring and escalation where appropriate.
