Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking an GPAM Associate Director, Project Manager to lead end-to-end drug development projects across multiple therapeutic areas and drive pipeline progression via strategic planning and cross-functional execution.

The role involves developing integrated project plans, managing complex programs, and coordinating global teams (including Japan and China). A hybrid setup is offered with roughly 10% travel, based in Rahway, NJ or Upper Gwynedd, PA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or applied discipline with 5+ years of project management experience.
• Advanced degrees (MS, MBA, PhD, PharmD) and PMP certification preferred.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or biotech product development, especially in clinical phases, is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated project plans and drive end-to-end execution.
• Manage complex projects with cross-functional teams across functions.
• Align clinical, regulatory, manufacturing, CMC, and commercial teams for pipeline progression.
• Mentor and coach project teams and stakeholders across global sites.
