Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in supply chain, operations, business, engineering, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in supply planning, inventory planning, manufacturing planning, distribution planning, or a related supply chain discipline.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, replenishment, production planning, and balancing supply with demand.

Responsibilities

• Lead distribution and replenishment planning across assigned global locations, translating demand requirements into inventory and supply plans.
• Monitor projected demand, inventory, production, and supply to identify potential shortages, excess inventory, and imbalances across the network.
• Develop recommendations for inventory deployment and transfers between locations, particularly when supply is constrained or customer priorities change.
• Partner with manufacturing and site planning teams to understand production capabilities, supply constraints, lead times, and their impact on inventory availability.
• Coordinate cross-functional responses to supply disruptions, inventory shortages, replenishment challenges, new product launches, promotions, and seasonal demand.
• Provide forward visibility into inventory and supply risks and work with execution teams to develop recovery options that protect customer service.
• Use enterprise planning systems and analytics to improve inventory visibility, planning parameters, replenishment processes, and network planning decisions.
