Job summary

The Logistics Company, Inc. is seeking applicants for a position focused on supporting USARCENT foreign-disclosure reviews to share authorized intelligence and operational information with foreign governments, international organizations, allies, and coalition partners.

The role requires researching governing policy, drafting release recommendations, and creating usable releasable products while preserving classification, ownership, and disclosure controls.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of foreign disclosure or related security experience.
• Knowledge of classification, releasability, need-to-know, and disclosure-control principles.
• Experience documenting disclosure reviews in a classified environment.
• Strong research, writing, and coordination with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Receive and track proposed disclosures and determine the information owner and release details.
• Research national/DoD/Army/USARCENT policies and document authority.
• Review materials for releasability, need-to-know, and dissemination markings.
• Identify unreleasable information and recommend redaction or releasable versions.
• Coordinate disclosure packages with producers, security personnel, and reviewers; resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare release or denial recommendations with basis, conditions, and risks.
• Verify classifications and markings in released products.
• Maintain case logs, suspense statuses, and audit-ready files.
• Provide staff guidance on disclosure processes and avoid inherent release authority.
